This morning on the local news they said that April was the wettest on record for central Ohio. We had 7.13 inches of rain. The average is about 3 inches.
With all that rain going into the river systems, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers are thinking of blowing up a levee along the Mississippi River to prevent flooding in Cairo, Illinois. Jerry
