I found these growing at a neighbors when I walked over to get a picture of his vine covered out building. Does anyone know what they are? Down the road a bit is this old rock well house that I just love!

The flowers are grape hyacinth or muscari, I'm not sure that's spelled right. I had those when we lived in Arizona.
I like those buildings, especially the rock ones. Do you know what kind of vines are covering the shed?

No, sorry, I don't know what kind vines they are but they're ivy shape. Thanks for response on the flowers. I wasn't sure if they were flowers or weeds. LOL

Dooley's got it, the purple flower is grape hyacinth, the genus Muscari, a perennial bulb and a common harbinger of spring.

I could guess at the ID of the vine. A closer look at the leaf might help.

The vine looks like plain old Ivy.

There's also a Chionodoxa next to the Muscari?

Thanks all for the flower ID.

The rock shed is what houses a well pump, called a well house. Here's some of the other buildings on the 20 acre property. I just love this homestead and wish I could afford it. So much could done with landscaping!

In some areas you can grow rocks! LOL This place has been pretty much cleared off of rock as is the home we're in now. But yes, you wouldn't ever have to buy rock in this area!

We wish you could afford it too, just so you can live there and we can see what you would do with it.

Lovely Homeplace! It reminds me of a true story that happened here in North Carolina. I will have to blog about it sometime here. Thank you for the inspiration!
