I have 3 young cherry plants and noticed some leaves were "eaten" and some white sticky things on leaves and the tips of the branches. They are not spider web.
    May be snails or slugs?
I found few small snails under the leaves few days ago.

Are those little maggots in the webbing? Maybe tent caterpillars?

Slugs do that too, but somehow I'm thinking caterpillars.

I don't know what options you have there. I might try B. thuringiensis... I would remove the webbing, too.
