I was given 2 small squash and were told they were "Patty Pan" I thought Patty Pan was white or light green, these are a beautiful bright yellow with touches of green on them. What is the best way to cook them?
They would look really cute in a fall floral arrangement! :D

The squash will take on the flavor of the shrimp, throw in some onion, bellpepper, garlic whatever you like.
