What do you do with one green bean? Last year, I planted green beans. They didn't do at all well and they put out these little beans that were tough so I just left them. In the fall, I pulled the plants. This spring I planted squash in that spot. Two bean plants came up and today, I found a long green bean on one plant. So, what do you do with one green bean? Dooley
Its a start at least, cut it in half and share with DR for dinner with your meal, i wouldnt invite anyone round to share it though :-D
I love them raw!!! I would have already eaten it myself and told everyone else the whole crop was a bust!!!
Let it dry and plant it next year. You should have 5 or 6 plants next year .Then the next year you can end up with a big bunch of green beans
If your beans are tough, chances are they aren't getting enough water. I'd let it dry on the vine and plant the seeds next year.
