What Does a Cajun Do With a Pan Of Yard Long Beans?

    That sounds great! I think the cajun spice might be a little too much for me (I don't do hot well), but I think they would be great with cheese rolled up as a burrito?

    When I write cajun every one automatically thiniks peppered but actually thats not the case all the time its just the touresty thing folks have begun to expect. I never post Cajun spice I always say Cajun seasoning which is a blind of commonly used flavors onion garlic chilli paprika salt and yes a couple peppers but it s a blend. Yes maybe spicier than bland america is used to but not that hot at all just very flavorful.

    Thanks Donna we call it smothering them and do alot of veggies using the same technique.
