What happens when you forget to cut back the Roses in Fall

    You get really long stems with clusters of good sized blooms on the end.
    I was working out back and noticed that the Roses were really blooming their hearts out. The stems were almost 2 feet long and really strong before I had to cut them back to fit in the only thing I could find to pretend it was a vase. But they are gorgeous, too bad they don't have any fragrance :rolleyes:

    Absolutely fantastically gorgous! The first garden roses of the season :-D A hedge of those beauties must be something to see!

    Well, that does not happen here. :D But I'm glad it happened there. Lovely roses, and the vase goes well with them.

    One of my plans for the family home is just to have a spot for rose bushes... sure hope they grow like yours!
