What is this pink flower

    This is in the perennial border outside my store. Blooms are about 2" across. The plant is about 1 to 1 1/2 feet tall.

    Looks a lot like Cistus- Rock Rose....well the flower does but the leaves don't.

    It's an autumn flowering Anemone of some sort. They're lovely, you can find lots of different colours. :D

    Yay, I have that in my garden. Chinese anemone for sure. They can be a bit of a thug and create big clumps. A few of my customers have me dig them out constantly and bin them, but if you leave alittle root behind they grow again. Needless to say I didn't bin them all and now have a lovely clump in flower in my front garden where they can get as big as they like.

    Oh yes Wrennie, it's an Anemone. How I wish some would pop up in MY garden!
