Can anyone tell me what kind of blubs (flower) these are? Planted them last July and still looks the same. Maybe planted to deep or not enough? HELP Blub 1 Blub 1 planted Blub 2 Blub 2 planted
The first ones may be narcissi and the second ones look like daffodil bulbs Gizmo but I could be wrong. I think that, whatever they are, you're right they may not have been planted deep enough for them to flower this year. Should be OK if replanted deeper now though. Hope they flower for you come spring 'cause then we'll know for sure what they are.
How big are those bulbs looks like my Lily. I forget how to spell the word Cajunbelle Ided it for me .The bulb is huge.Itf that is was it is.
Your lily is a crinum lily Glendann, but I think these are amarylis. They should not be planted too deeply, especially in Florida. In the deep South we don't have to plant bulbs as deep as up North. Leave the neck of the bulb just above the ground, and put a little bone meal in the hole when you plant it.
Had to pull weeds and came across these bulbs I forgot to digging up last year . What a nice surprise when I came across them in good shape . Took them inside for some TLC and promised to plant them soon. Still have no idea what they are.
They still look a lot like daffs to me Gizmo. It'll be exciting to find what they actually are when they flower for you.
