    I am not quite sure what will grow in Korea since I have no clue on how your weather conditions are. But winter veggies include Lettuce, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Spinach, Spinach beet(Swiss Chard), Beetroot, Carrots,Onions, Garlic, Peas and Broad beans.
    Check at local nurseries which of these will grow in your area.

    I havent a clue either, have you Googled to see what would be good in your area?
    I agree with Palm Tree, do you have alocal nursery that you could stop in and ask, or call, i am sure they could give you lots of suggestions.
