I'll start. I dance, as most of you know, ballroom dance. A showcase performance (like a kid's dance recital, but for adults, and just one couple at a time on the floor in a choreographed dance) always gives me butterflies! You?
Ladders, even watching someone else up one. All stems from me running out f our front door as a child, straight into the ladder my father was atop. The ladder went over backwards with him on it. Fortunately he was unhurt if a bit shocked.
honestly? the phone ringing...especially in the late evening. it usually isn't something I want to hear.
Forgot about the telephone. Took 8 years of therapy before I could even stop in the house when the phone rang. Now I can even answer it, as long as I recognise the number of the caller. Still unable to make a call though.
Well heights don't bother me or ladders but I won't walk under them being superstitious and regarding phones calls if it's a number I don't know then it put on the auto reject list It's mainly spiders with me as they make me freeze on the spot besides the feeling of someone walking all over my grave
We have had 5 major could have been much worse than it was incidents this Summer... One involved our dumptruck and a crotch rocket cycle... one an excavator, another the other dumptruck at an intersection where someone ran a red light, a close friend was hit just last night and the person who hit him didn't survive and another close friend this morning got rearended at a red light... EVERY TIME the phone rings its usually not just conversation... texting has become the main way to communicate with casual conversation...
