The video was amazing.I really enjoyed it. I always thought plants had feelings. That's why I can never throw them away.
I watched this a while ago, but it is worth sitting here and watching it again. Does anybody know what the plant with the pink flowers on it are behind Mr. Cahill at the water? it looks kind of like my berginia, but mine isn't next to the water or nearly as tall. Someone sent me this link when we were discussing dodder... what a horrible weed.
Sorry Toni I can't watch the video as I just get 'We're sorry, but this video is not available in your region due to right restrictions.'
Toni that was a really interesting program from PBS. What really intrigued me was the one variety of tree that talked to it's siblings or young tree kids if that is the right thing to say. They helped other smaller trees grow and where interconnected through their root system. Was a very neat program. I to am sorry that some of our steers can't see it. You would be amazed.
Found it on you-tube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7MOe5clOtI I assume its the same programme as a JC Cahill is mentioned in the blurb underneath. It does look very interesting.
I had found a small clip on YouTube the other day but yes, that's the whole program. Thanks for finding it.
