    Especially recipes for jerky.

    Someone was paying attention and chose a perfect gift for you! That is one handsome dehydrator. Let us know what you dehydrate, and how the carrots work out tomorrow.
    I don't have any recipes for jerky, but I'll keep my eye open and do some searching in my recipe books.
