I agree with Glendann, we rarely even get ice here and that's the way I like it! Beautiful pictures, though Toni!

Amazing! :D We've got snow too now. It's about 4 inches at the moment, so it's nothing really, but it's still falling. Our fourth snowfall all winter.

Glad I got pictures of it last night. It had stopped falling by 11, turned back to rain when the system moved passed us, the temp went above freezing and the ground was almost bare by midnight. This morning there are a few white spots in still shady areas but that's all.

Actually the only plants that are having trouble recooperating this morning are the Hyacinths and Daffs.
Almost everything green you see in the pictures has been green thru the winter. We had 26 nights of below freezing temps that they sailed right thru so a little snow isn't hurting them.
Even the Lilies are perking up just fine.

My red Geranium on the front porch survived the freezes of last winter too. It is covered with new leaves and still doing fine this morning.

I'm glad you got your snow Toni and that your plants are OK. That is one tough Geranium you have!

No Way! I can't believe snow this time of year in Texas! Where is the pic of you doing a Texas Snow Jig? The weather has been something else lately.

Glad to hear that no plants suffered. What a surprise for me, I can guess what it was from you.

    Wow again from Mississippi.

Actually we have had several snowfall and ice events in the month of March. And some winters there has been more snow in San Antonio where the Alamo is than in the Dallas area 6 hours to the north. :stew2:
