What's new in seed starter lighting?

I've been starting seeds under grow lights for 30+ years both the standard 4' 40w fluorescent and the "spectrum" types. I see now some are pushing LED lights but the prices are outta sight.

Has anybody found anything new on sees-starting lights that won't break the budget?

Not me... I still use the shop light fixtures with mixed bulbs in them. I found some reasonably priced grow lights and put them in my greenhouse to use to start seeds.
