Even in north Texas you get some SNOW!!!!
Yep, I looked out the window this morning and lines from two songs merged in my mind....Oh, what a beautiful morning walking in a winter wonderland.
Didn't take long for it to turn to mostly rain and even tho the temp is 34 degrees the snow will all be gone soon :'( But hey, I can now share snow photos like many of you.

Very pretty Toni. I love to see snow all fresh and white for the first time each winter. However, after weeks of the white stuff I get an ache to see some sunshine instead. ;)

Congratulations on your snow, Toni. :D I'm glad you managed to photograph it before it disappeared.

Snow has made your yard even more pretty Toni. I'd love to take a stroll around there.

Yep, I wish I had gotten up earlier this morning so I could have enjoyed it longer. By the time I got the photos sized and uploaded the flakes had turned to rain and in a few minutes the snow on the ground was just a memory. :(

Newgrow there was snow in Florida many years ago.
In the early 1970's I lived in WPB, the temperature dropped into the mid-30's just for one early morning and we watched snowflakes landing on the roof of our car. You had to be there at the right time because it certainly didn't last very long ;)

That snow makes your garden even more attractive than it already was. It may not have lasted, but wasbn't it nice to see.

Glenda, I don't know if your yard got snow today but it might get some Friday as that will be a more widespread storm. 4-5 inches in Montana is probably no big deal considering what they normally get, wish you could send some of that down here.

Sjoerd, it was wonderful to see the snow this morning and we might get to see more on Friday. And it certainly has done a good job of wiping away the memory of the 105 degree days of August :stew1:

Snow is a good hider of problem places in the garden, some of those spots need more to hide it completely  I love the way the garden, front and back looked this morning.

I can't believe you all got snow before I did! It's still been hovering around 50 most days. I worked outside a while today. I like the little snow-girl in your garden -- looking pretty happy about the snow!

Those are really cool photos. The only snow we had was back on Columbus Day. That would be such a treat to have snow and be able to look forward to more flowers within a few days.
