I may have asked this in my blog or somewhere else, but if I have seeds that I have planted at least four weeks ago and they have not germinated yet, how much longer should I wait before I replant them and also when is the latest to plant seeds for this year's gardening season...

I am in the Chicago area......

I would go ahead and try to replant them now They shold be up by now .Maybe lightly scratch the dirt and see if you can find a seed and see if it is swelled are sprouted if so leave them alone if not replant you may have got some old seeds.are put some in paper towel wet the paper and put them in a baggie ands see if they sprout then plant them from there.
