Yesterday my garden looked like this:

Just enough snow to cope with and to make everything feel really 'Christmassy.'

Now it's all but disappeared and it's still snowing!!

My hedge in the front garden had vanished:

It's absolutely freezing - 12C with more snow forecast!! We haven't seen so much snow falling in such a short space of time for over twenty years here in this part of Scotland.

I'm off to put my waders on and clear a path to the bird table.

    Oh,my. That is drop-dead gorgeous!
I'll take any extra that you can get to come over here.

It's been close to 30 years since we had anything like that here.

Oh wow Eileen! That is what we usually expect to have here in Ontario! It looks like we are going to have a snowless Christmas this year...there is rain in the forecast for Christmas day.

I can't believe you're getting more snow with those low temps. Here it snows around zero C but rarely if it's -2 or below. Your snow fall is what we usually get in one go too, like Netty, but we're also in for a nearly snowless Christmas, for the third year running.

You may find your garden in two or three months. Mine is out there but yours looks much better with the snow than mine does without snow. I'm happy that you have the snow though. dooley

Droopy the snow all fell when the temperatures were at 0-1 degrees but then when it let up it dropped down to -12C. Now it's only -9C!!

I'm glad you all like my snowy garden - wish you were all here to see it for yourselves.
