This is my white chenille plant: It stands about 7 feet tall!! It is absolutely beautiful!! I actually wouldn't say it is white, it is more greenish yellowish white(hope ya'll can understand my ramblin'!!) My reddish pink colored chenille plants droop also to the ground and this one is not drooping but growing straight up.It seems it my be starting to droop a little, maybe. It is amazing to see!!
Thank you Bethie!! I've never noticed any birds eating the seeds, but the grasshoppers love it. When I go out to look at it the grasshoppers jump every which way!! I sowed a package of cottage garden flowers in my garden and this and my red chenille plants come up from the seeds. What a wonderful surprise!! Dooley had to ID the plants because I had no idea what they were!!
This is a gorgeous plant jubabe .I would love to have seeds from both. They are so big ,almost as tall as my sunfower.I know you are so proud of them just beautiful
Thank you Glendann!! I will make sure you get seeds from both!! If anyone else wants seeds just let me know!! I love to share!!
Yes, I want seeds. I have some stuff to trade, browelia, petunia, zinnia, hibiscus, and tons of other stuff.
That is a neat plant. I've never seen one before. I have a Goats Beard that kind of blooms like that but nothing about the leaves are the same and it's not nearly as thick at the top with those blooming stems. I bet it is even more lovely to be right there and see it.
Sharon I will send you some seeds also!!I will let everyone know when they are ready!! This plant really is gorgeous. I had no idea that anything in a cottage garden seed pack would grow this huge!!!
