    Canada... Its a dry cold.
Got this at the grocery store, labelled as "Hot yellow pepper". Does anyone know specifically what it could be? Clearly its not yellow, its about the same size and shape as a Jalapeño, but the taste and smell are very different, I'm not sure how to describe it. Heat is on par with Jalapeño.

I believe it's a Santa Fe Grande Chili Pepper. About has hot as a jalapeno and it starts out whitish, then a light yellow then bright orange then red as it matures.

Reminded me of a Tabasco... except "fatter".
