    Just saw a copy of the bill from Feb. when I got my new defibrilator/pacemaker. Between medicare and Tricare which is from my military retirement, they will pay just over $130,000 to Ohio State University Hospital. My old one had the battery about dead, so I had to have a new one.

    And Guy told me he would go with out insurance-it too high.Told him when he went to hospital. And no $$$ to pay bill. And him having nice home. Government would be owning it. Dh uncle attacked by pit bull. Had to take arm off. Bill was one million 400 thousand. ++++.

    I agree ... you are definitely worth it Captain!
    I have never seen a Doctors bill...in Canada we have a National Health Care System. As long as you have a 'Health Card', you don't pay ... and you don't see a bill either.
