Well, no use crying, I clicked and I'm drooling! My mother rang to ask if we wanted a "Yellow Crown" peony. I had to search for it to see what it looked like and ended up at Contrary Mary's Plants and Design. I've had to find a towel to protect the keyboard, and the peony wish list suddenly grew very long. :frustrated:

Since I find it very unfair that I'm suffering alone, I'm willing to share the link so the rest of you can drool and wish too.

:D And what would his reaction be if a strange woman with a Norwegian accent rang and told him?

I'd love the "Angel Cheeks", or "Circus Circus", "Do Tell", "Green Halo" or any one or all of the others.

Drooley! :D Perfect. Yes, I'm happy. Shared sorrow is half sorrow and shared joy is double joy in my book. Which of the above mentioned situations this is I'm not sure of yet.

Great selection here, and I love the ornamental grasses, too. I've got several peonies in my yard that I bought bareroot, and they were pretty inexpensive...not the same varieties sold on this site, though. Some of these are pretty unusual.

I love the Tree Peonies too, and have several of those in my yard. I saw my first peony buds popping up out of the ground yesterday, and with all the rain we're currently having I think they'll all pop up over the weekend. YEAH!

Congratulations on your peony buds, kaseylib. I haven't dared to check out all the other plants on that site yet. I'm actually still admiring the peonies. We've bought tree peonies, but they're still very small, so we have to be patient.

Sjoerd, I'm glad you can't get hold of my ears! :D

Heh heh heh... my fingers are itching... :)
...But what a site, eh!!?? It is great. I looked beyond the peonys and saw even more attractive things.

Attractive in the sense that they pull one to buy,buy,buy...
It's a good thing that the company is in the states, I assume that they would not ship to Holland. ..whew!...what a relief.
    Ive seen stuff on there................
