Those bottles look really great Donna. Just one question - how long did it take for you both to consume all that wine?!! :D :D

Love your border! I've seen bottle trees, but never a garden border of wine bottles. You are creative!

Looks pretty neat. Hope you don't have to get the weed-eater/trimmer in there too close.

thank god I didn't have to drink all that wine or I wouldve been to drunk to have done it to start with lol it's a little wavy but we didn't put a string down to keep it straight I was having a senior moment lol but I love it and have always wanted to do it it took hubby from 1pm to 6 pm to get it done we are going to use weed killer along the front edge we got the bottles off of freecycle and they had about 300 more and they were all full so had to empty them in the yard

Wow ... freecyle has some great stuff. Here, there is a 25cent deposit on wine bottles so I'm sure I wouldn't find a deal like that!

Hopefully, you have some spare bottles in case of breakage ? A hail storm could do serious damage to your hard work and efforts. Interesting idea... I love that blue bench, and the iron headboard.

I have heard that alchoholic beverages make good 'drano' for sewer rats. It gets them drunk and they drown. I have never had to try it.

My rock borders around my flower beds are kind of wavy too. Some of it was intentional, others just because I am not good at straight lines.

Perhaps the waviness of the bottles adds to the illusion that you drank that stuff ?

Very nice. You will be set for many ST. Patties days with your green bottle border. I wonder if you could put some type of lights in the bottles? That would look so neat at night. :stew1:

You use a lot of green glass (where did they all come from?) -- I rarely ever see green glass these days. But it's just as creative as all the other projects I've seen.
