Our county along with about 18 others are in a storm watch coming this afternoon until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow nite. Though we do have really nice sunshine out at the moment, their saying rain will be coming in with mixed rain and sleet, freezing rain over nite. we have wet snow starting out tomorrow with accumulation to 6 inches possible. I just knew michigan wasn't done with snow yet. Though we have had some nice weather, I still haven't been able to get a start on raking my yard yet. Looking back on last year, we had snow on Easter, so this weather isn't no big surprise. Mother nature just isn't ready to be finished with snow for MIchigan yet. Guess I'll just have to sit back and enjoy all your flowers until spring really comes to us.
Sorry to hear you are on a storm watch Petunia. I was watching the news at lunchtime and saw that poor people were being flooded out with the rivers rising. I do hope you don't get it too bad. The world's weather has gone crazy. It is still quite cold with snow in places here.
I wish you safety up there in storm country, Petunia. We've escaped bad storms here in NC, except for a tornado that blew through the I95 corridor yesterday. Very little damage. Let us know how you fare.
We've been having a lot of liquid snow (cold rain) but I like it better than the regular white snow. We missed the really bad weather which is okay with me. I hope your snow melts quickly, Petunia. dooley

Well our freezing rain came in last nite and contiinued through the nite. This morning there is a layer of frozen icy snow on the ground and on the roads.currently we light snow coming down. Our storm watch has moved into warnings only to the upper top of michigan and the upper pennisula. Don't look like we should be getting much more today. For the rest of the week it looks like rain.
