Winter's lunch and supper!

    Made up a big pot of potato,ham and cheddar soup. Had a bowl of it for lunch, boy that will chase away winter chills!

    It tasted even better for supper than it did for lunch. After the soup had cooled down, I put it in the fridge and then heated it back up for supper. It had thickened up being in the fridge and then being reheated. Sure put a warm spot in your stomach!
