It's about 55 deg. F here and bright sun. I got to work out in the yard some this afternoon. I got the old wisteria vines cut back so it's ready to leaf out and grow, I also got the Autumn Joy stalks cut off and cleaned up, so it's ready to go. They already have new growth starting at the base. I have that Autumn Joy hedge by the parking area about 20 ft. long. The easiest way to cut them off is to use the hedge trimmer. 15 minutes and they are done. Another 15 min. to clean them up and haul them off!
Isn't it great to be able to get outside in the yard Capt? I had 2 days of mild weather so I raked a bit and burned all the branch piles I had. Today I wanted to move the firepit but it snowed last night so that will have to wait for another day.
Hey All: Just had 3 gorgeous days here in Virginny -- it was 77 today and the bulbs are shooting up. Should be cooler -- back in the 50s -- tomorrow. Spring's a-comin`!
