I had blood work done today for my cardiologist. My cholesterol was at 136 ( he wants it below 200) and my LDL or bad Chol. was at 68 ( he wants it below 70) So I passed the blood test with flying colors. It's a good thing I studied for it!

Now all you have to do CK is to maintain those levels or drop them even lower. So pleased your blood tests showed up nothing nasty.

That's like when I graduated from Cardiac Rehab after my bypass. They asked me how I was going to celebrate. I told them I was going to go have a big plate of bacon and eggs! They didn't think it was funny! I was thinking turkey bacon and egg substitute. Really I was!!!!

Way to go Capt. those numbers are fantastic.

After my Dad had quintuple bypass surgery in 1981 he missed his nightly snack of Doritos the most.

Good going Capt! Please keep at it. My dad had clogged arteries and more, and I lost him far too early. Do not forget your daily dose of cod liver oil. Tastes s*** but does a world of good.
