Had a liilt snow, you could barely see it, yesterday and then freezing rain last night. Everything is slicker than snot this morning. I started in to exercise and could barely go in 4 wheel drive, so turned around and came home. I only got 1/2 mile from the house when I did that.
I hope you don't have a need to go out in that! We are having a bit of your weather here, and are supposed to get an ice storm on top of the (glancing out the window) 5 or so inches on the ground already. Brutal. DH is seriously wishing he could retire about now... works outside all day phixing phones.
I'll gladly send you some of your warmth and wind. +7C/45F and strong gale here. I don't need all of it.
I found out all about ice and slippery conditions the other day. I found myself flat on my back in a hurry! My son was skating on the ice in the driveway yesterday too.
Send some warmth this way...we got another 8 inches of snow today and 2 more storm expected before monday! aaaahhhh....
