My sad looking Jade tree

I have had this jade plant for about 5 years. It is huge! In the past year,it has been looking pretty sad. The arms are all having down. I'm not sure if I should cut some,or just re plant it in a BIGGER pot. I'm so confused on what to do with my baby.
