My nightmare becomes better!

My nightmare becomes better!I woke up one day and found gray hairs(dampening-off/fungus) ALL OVER my peat pellets. I temporarily fixed it by lowering the surface-soil PH by using baking soda. Well, that didn't last long. I had this prep-test for the ACT at my high school and after that my grandma picked me up so I asked if we could go to Gray's. We went there and I got this insecticide. It works great right now! I was told never to use soil or peat pellets to start seeds. Instead, I was directed to use Coconut Coir Fiber which expands and is sterile so it will not grow fungus. I have not yet tried that out but I bet it will work great for my herb seeds. So that's it for my day. I also harvested my Angelica root which I forgot to last fall-it looks fine. The one thing I'm excited about is that my Fenugreek has sprouted! This blog entry has been viewed 1129 times
