Snowhere to be seen

Rain rain go away.
Come again another day.
Whilst much of Britain snuggles under a blanket of crisp white snow, for some reason stopping the nation in its tracks, we get rain.
It almost makes you feel like going back to bed until Spring shines through the chink in the curtains.

No rain here let alone snow. It is absolutely freezing though and the pond has 3-4 inches of ice on it. BRRRRRRR

Irk! No wonder my brother-in-law was looking forward to flying out here for a conference this week! (it got delayed, so he's stuck in England instead!)
