My Lettuce gardenMy buttercrunch lettuce was planted to early when it was hot it had an overpowering bitterness, I composted them. I now have 4 heads of red sails lettuce. Red Sails Lettuce ( photo / image / picture from rick162iq's Garden ) Two heads of Flashy Trout back Lettuce. It is a romaine type and it makes a striking addition to a salad mix. These are still not mature I have just been picking leaves off the outside. They still have some growing to do. Outredgeous Lettuce ( photo / image / picture from rick162iq's Garden ) I'm going to be making lots of salads, sandwiches, burgers, and lettuce wraps with them.
