CampanulaThere is one flower whose Latin name is probably more famous than its common name and it is the Campanula. Deriving from the Latin for "little bell', this flower from the campanulaceae family carries a long history. They are beautiful, grow in almost any climate (but feel better in temperate ones) and can bloom throughout the entire year. Another unique thing about them is the form of the blossoms and petals, for which they bear the same name in all languages – bell-like shapes.....more about Campanula flower.
