Spring, Please Be Early!

I don't know if it's cabin fever or just a dislike anymore of getting up in the dark at 5:15 to go to work. I would rather have sunlight and 75 and above temps. It's been cool and rainy here in southern Delaware although yesterday was 54 degrees and partly cloudy. Today is supposed to be 50 and sunny. I am starting to sort through my seed supply and I will send one of our members the Amish Paste tomato seeds I promised her.

I probably will plant a lot of peppers this year, hot and sweet. They do well for me as I don't have full sun all day. This year, as in the past, I will experiment with different ways to get more light to my raised garden beds. I am anxious to try a reflective material behind the beds so sunlight will surround the plants, kind of like 8 hours concentrated into 4. Maybe a new product???? Peace
