Allium Nigrum

Category: Gardening | Posted: Sun May 04, 2014 1:27 pm

I bought these sedum bulbs on clearance last year. I kept them in the refrigerator over the winter and then put them in the ground this past March.

CORRECTION: Turns out these are ALLIUM NIGRUM and not sedum. My apologies if I confused anyone.

I don't think I have ever seen Sedum bulbs, what an intersting bloom. Do you know the species or any other name for it?

Sorry Toni, I only know the package said sedum. I was kind of wondering if the package was even correct after looking at other pics on Google.

I have 6 Iris, 3 Lilies, one Salvia and one Foxglove that were all mislabeled by the grower or bulb company.
It is really getting sad to see how careless they are when it comes to plant names.

Whatever you have is a really pretty plant anyway.
