I have recently signed up and can't seem to start a thread..Sooo I'm Amy, I'm new to GardenStew, I'm 23 and live at my own place with my boyfriend, Dave (he says "hi everyone!") we have 3 cats, a snake and I have been nursing 16 different plant species in my ground floor flat, I need help trying to get my aloe to root, the roots have completely withered away through too much moisture and they are still green and supple, I have recently bought some desert sand from work as I thought it could be used with the soil to make it well draining :) any tips you guys have would be absolutely awesome Thank for reading guys Peace out Last edited: Sat Feb 27, 2016 7:32 pm This blog entry has been viewed 247 times

Hi Amy (and Dave) and welcome to GardenStew! I will help you start a thread as questions are better answered in the forums rather than in blogs.
Thank you so much Frank! I wil give it a try now and let you know! I was using the site on my smart phone before and wasnt sure whether or not I needed to make thread using a desktop.
