More Ceramic Tiles

Category: New Yard | Posted: Sat Aug 16, 2008 11:59 pm

Here are some other ceramic tiles and a coffee tabletop I hand painted (from vintage posters).

The tiles are all 6" squares painted on bisque, glazes and then fired.
The black and white tile and delft blue are using underglaze pencils like you would any graphite pencil, then fired to set the color, then glazed and fired again.

Wow, those are wonderful. I can't decide which I like best, I like them all.

You should do very well at any craft shows you go to.

Your coffee table top is really something else! Very nice. I like your other tiles too, especially the coloured peach one. Thank you for showing those.

Thanks all!
Droopy the peach one is my favorite too! I did one for a spoon rest on my stovetop and put cork on the back of the tile.

Those are just absolutely beautiful! I like the peach one also. And in a way i kind like just the black and white ones, or blue and white. I like different things from the ordinary. very beautiful!
