Something is eating my butterfly bush.I have 3 butterfly bushes outside my kitchen window. Something is eating the leaves. I check during the day and evening to see what it is, but can't find a thing. I don't see any bugs or mites on the leaves. IT is eating big wholes in the leaves. I know it's not an animal. Help. Have you seen Japanese Beetles around? I only had one gang of them, but they stripped leaves off some plants and even ate the leaves on the lilies.
One year I had a problem with earwigs. Ther ravaged two of my butterfly bushes. It obnly happened that one year and never again. It was very serious, as there were tens of them on the bush so thick that if you shook a nrance, they rained down like little brown raindrops.
