The Big House Hunt Has Begun

I believe we have decided to move, but am not rushing into it. If we're going to move, I want it to be a special move, not just another "house". I've seen no homes the past 3 months of real interest, but we're looking at one Saturday that holds a lot of potential. It's an 1870 historical home that's been nominated for the National Register. It's priced right so we'd have the money we'd need to maintain it. Can't wait to see the inside!

Yet another disappointment. The photos on the internet always lie. The beautiful kitchen tile was cracked and installed incorrectly. The kitchen cabinets were the cheapest home store replacements and poorly placed. The "wood" floor in the dining room was peeling cheap laminate flooring. It was a disaster, they ruined a historical home and then asked full price.
