Marine life.I had a couple of good low tide outings this year. This was the third year looking for marine life. With experts along to ID themm it makes things so much easier. I will probably make up a page or two to go with the recent pages that I have been working on. These were three new ones this year. 01Acanthodoris nanaimoensis, Nanaimo nudibranch. Is the first photograph some type of sea slug by any chance Kildale?
Thank you Eileen for the post. They say that they belong to sea slugs.
The lined chiton is a work of "Native American" art. I have never seen one with such a pretty pattern on the shell.
Karrma, I agree that lined chiton looks like a work of art I could set on the coffee table.
The crabs body shell is about 3 1/2 inches. The sea grass leaves are about 1/2 wide to give you some idea. Login or register to leave a comment. |
