Most of the birds are introduced now as the Hawaiians killed off most of the birds for head dresses etc. Nothing exciting among those that I took as I only see the same birds as on my last three trips to Hawaii.

Well I certainly find them interesting as I've never seen them before and am glad you posted these photographs for us.
Are the first birds some type of finch? They remind me of our British Bullfinches.

Thay are called Java finch or sometimes Java sparrow.
