Pseudocyphellaria anomala, Netted Specklebelly lichen.

Two images today, the second shows what the underside loke like. It is called Pseudocyphellaria anomala, the Netted Specklebelly lichen. You can see that it grows among the mosses.

This one is cool. It appears to have a spongy texture. Also looks like something that would be "under the sea".

The first photograph looks as the this lichen is covered in lace. The second, as Kay said, looks spongy.
