I have been busy the last couple of days, hope you missed the birds. We had to get the May news letter out, a lot of work. Anyway, here is a kingfisher, there is always one around the lagoon, they sit on a wire so its not the best nature shot.

Well I think the shot is a great one as I've tried to catch one of our kingfishers with my camera for years. They are just soooo quick!! However I finally managed to snap one last year so can appreciate just how difficult it can be to get them where you want them to be.

birds love those wire's though dont they. We have some outside our house and theres always something sitting on it..
