As I'm busy at a craft fair this weekend, I thought that I should add a couple of birds this time. The male and female Brewers Blackbird, as close as we can get to the UK blackbird.

Wow a male bird that has the same body shape as our Bleackbirds but with a Jackdaws eyes and the colouring on its feathers just like a Rooks. Now that's something special!!
The female is much paler than ours and she has black wing tips that ours don't have.

I hope you enjoy your time at the craft fair and that you take some photographs for us while you're there.

I dont' believe I've seen a blackbird that looks like these around here. they are not quite as round, more streamlined. I wonder if they are actually blackbirds then, after all? I'll have to research that.
