This morning's new perspective!![]() Just pretty as a picture! ( photo / image / picture from smiles4sunshine54's Garden ) This lovey rose lines my driveway, so when I leave for work, it's at the perfect height to roll down the car window and stop to smell the roses. ![]() ( photo / image / picture from smiles4sunshine54's Garden ) Aahhh, these blushing beauties remind me of a Spring wedding. ![]() Fully Open! ( photo / image / picture from smiles4sunshine54's Garden ) The clematis bloom from yesterday is fully open, and I see she now has some twin sisters! ![]() Clematis Today! ( photo / image / picture from smiles4sunshine54's Garden ) I'm really going to have to replace that lattice, because every time I'm trying to photograph the vine, all I can see is the hodge-podge background. Ya'll have a great day! Thanks for waking up to a visit at my garden! This blog entry has been viewed 261 times

Gorgeous blooms. I can see why those roses would be a great start to your day.
Gosh my clematis is only a few inches out of the ground!! Your roses are really lovely - especially the pink ones.
Have you ever thought about putting a lower growing plant at the bottom of your clematis? I bet a small hosta would look nice and help blend out the lattice
Thank you everyone. Shannonrose- great idea. I have some hostas in this bed but they're next door to the vine. I'll take your suggestion and plant some behind the clematis and see what happens. The other hostas are doing great! Login or register to leave a comment. |
