Composting in my blogWell, today I made several more purchases at OSH. Four bags of One Earth organic compost (it's even been approved by the U.S. composting council :D), 64 biodegradable planting containers, and some plant & flower labels. So, I think it's safe to say that I'm good to go! Unfortunately today there are supposed to be several thunderstorms in our area as well as lightning so we will begin planting on monday which is all well and good because it gives me time to plan out my garden. Keep on reading to find out what happens! Later days! Oh, and I'd also like to thank all of you who have been giving me such helpful advice, especially you Eileen. <3 Last edited: Sat Jun 06, 2009 8:28 pm This blog entry has been viewed 483 times

You certainly seem to be getting everything in your garden sorted. I hope the thunderstorms that are predicted aren't too severe but maybe they'll help wash away all that Chlorine. I'm so pleased you've decided to go the organic route. I've been an organic garden for more years than I can remember and it's certainly paid off - big time. I may have to hand pull weeds but I know that my garden won't harm any creatures that visits it and that the fruit and veggies I grow are all chemical free.
