What is this tree? It just came up, was not planted, can't find it in any of my tree books. Throws seeds, one came up in a planter on the deck. Starting to turn yellow and drop it's leaves. When the wind blows the leaves kind of quiver.

Not sure what it is, but would you post this question and the photos in the Plant ID forum instead.

It will be seen by many more members, at least one of whom will be able to ID it for you I'm sure.
