Category: Tomatoes | Posted: Fri May 04, 2012 3:30 pm

First a little update ..... I guess there will only be 3 surviving at the end .... I hope.

Right now I can see only 3 plants are healthy while 2 are unhealthy with their leaves having yellow spots and curving upwards and one dead.

For the 3 healthy ones, I have decided to go with bamboo cage which I think they will do better in this kind of extreme weather.

Should the unhealthy plants recover, maybe I'll go with poles.

I like the idea of your cages as they also incorporate poles that the plants can climb and be attached to. Well done!! I'll keep my fingers crossed that the three plants not only survive but remain healthy.

I like the poles-idea.
I hope that the rest of your toms will do well.
