Mother Nature threw a curve ball

My friend Mother Nature is showing her sense of humor here. The calender says spring, but she isn't so sure.
We have had some greatly appreciated rain, but yesterday it turned to snow.
The thermometer sank, and we woke to a frosty scene.

NO! Doesn't Mother Nature know it is spring? Poor little plants are shivering, and me to looking at that scene. April 15th was the latest we have ever had snow here, freezing weather into May. It least you are getting some warming sunshine.

Jewell- we haven't seen the sun for several days and the temps are way below normal! It is supposed to warm up some by the weekend, and then more chances for precip and cold. GRRR! You can bet I will not be complaining about heat this year!
