A second one today.

Nuthatch todays bird.
Category: My Garden Birds | Posted: Wed Oct 08, 2014 8:01 pm I'm still finding a bird to photograph each day, I do have a lot coming to the different feeders etc. I don't like to include the feeder though. Just like to take them in a more natural setting. ![]() ( photo / image / picture from Kildale's Garden ) This blog entry has been viewed 267 times

American Robin
Category: My Garden Birds | Posted: Mon Oct 06, 2014 6:08 pm The robins are clearing out the mountain ash berries. I do have 4 bags full though in the freezer for feeding them when the real winter arrives. Its fun taking a photo each day and posting it straight away. Great not having to wait till you finished a roll of film. ![]() ( photo / image / picture from Kildale's Garden ) This blog entry has been viewed 253 times

They nest in among the bull rushes etc. Only comes for 2 or 3 visits but usually in Dec/Jan time. I was going to post a hummingbird till this one came to the deck. ![]() Red winged blackbird.
